- Sheds, outbuildings, and stored materials
Control
- Pet- and child-safe traps or bait stations, placed only where they can’t be accessed.
- Targeted to risk areas based on inspection.
- Sanitation and storage guidance to remove food and shelter sources.
Exclusion (Proofing)
- Seal entry gaps ¼″ and larger with rodent-proof materials.
- Repair gnaw points and vulnerable areas.
- Protect utility penetrations and wiring.
- Upgrade door sweeps and garage seals.
Monitoring
- Follow-up visits until activity stops.
- Ongoing checks and adjustments included in Shield Pro and Shield Total plans.
